This coffee comes from Tanzania. It has been sourced from the Manjinja Farmer Group, which is made up of 20 farmers.
In the 2015 – 2016 season, neighbouring farmers joined together to produce fully washed coffees and began what is known as the Manjinja Farmer Group. The coffee is fully washed with water from the Tumkaki river, fermented and soaked in tanks and then finally dried on raised beds.
The coffee is graded according to the shape, size and density of the beans, with the top grade being AA.
This coffee has a clean and well-balanced cup with a big syrupy body and a bright and lively acidity.
