Our Kenya AA Dark Roast is a smooth bodied coffee that has been roasted darker than our Kenya AA Medium to produce a full bodied coffee.
Kenya is well known for its coffee cooperatives that work through a highly organised network. This system allows consistency through growing methods, milling and sale of the coffee. The topography of high-altitude plateaus in major Kenyan coffee regions combined with acidic soil provides excellent growing conditions for Arabica.
This is a dark roasted coffee with a hint of citrus and berries and a bright acidity.
