Yunnan Black FOP is much favoured as a breakfast tea in China, these teas possess a subtle, malty flavour with a fine golden liquor. It is one of those rare teas that is able to combine light aroma with strength of liquor, rich taste with subtle undertones. It is perhaps the only China tea that accepts added milk.
Always use boiling water direct onto the leaves, then allow to brew for at least 3 minutes, but preferably 5 minutes.
